Refund & Return Policy – Amen & Ash

We want you to love your purchase. If you’re not completely satisfied, we’re here to help.


Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a refund, the product must be returned to us first. Customers are responsible for sending the item back to our return address. Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will process the refund.

Returned items must be in the same condition as received, unused, and in their original packaging. Returns that arrive damaged, used, or incomplete may not be eligible for a refund.


Digital Products

Digital products (such as e-books, downloadable content, or digital files) are not eligible for refunds.


Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days.

Refunds will be issued for the cost of the product only. Shipping fees, VAT, duties, and return shipping costs are non-refundable.


Exchanges

If you received a damaged or defective item, please contact us and we will arrange a replacement.


Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned or refunded:

  • Digital products

  • Final sale items

  • Gift cards


How to Request a Refund

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a refund within 30 days of delivery by contacting us at:

Once your request is approved, you will receive instructions on where to send the returned item. Refunds are issued only after the product has been returned and inspected.

Requests made after the 30-day period are not eligible for refunds or store credit.
